Client Onboarding Process

No agenda – just a simple conversation to learn about your concerns, improvements you seek, and future plans.

We ask questions to help you develop your compelling vision.

You may provide us with all relevant statements, or we will set up your online profile for you to input your financial information.

Using this, we analyze all applicable areas: investments, insurance, loans, tax strategies, and estate plan.

We design an initial Wealth Planning Report with recommended actions.

We will present your Wealth Planning Report, portfolio review, and strategies to drive specific decisions and actions toward your vision.

We review recommendations based on your questions and feedback.

Upon your approval of our action plan, we begin transferring your accounts (10 business days).

According to your preference, we can gather account opening signatures in person, online, or via overnight mail.

We establish performance reporting, wire transfers, e-delivery, online access, newsletters, etc. according to your preference.

With your permission, we provide your tax, legal, and other advisors with our contact information for coordination on accounts.

We work with you to set up a future meeting schedule to implement and adjust your plan as your life changes.

We provide ongoing proactive outreach, so that you may spend less time worrying about your finances and more time to enjoy and appreciate every day.
